Park Winters

After photographing weddings for a decade, I'm adding Park Winters to my list of favorite wedding venues. My couple chose Park Winters as the site of their elopement, which gave me my first opportunity to explore the expansive grounds. The mansion itself is an elegant fixture, offering a classy space to get ready for the day (or stay overnight), but also a constant calming presence you can spot from most anywhere on the property. We visited the Flower Farm for a Sunday brunch. Service was wonderful! The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious! We wandered around the garden and it was gorgeous! So many picture perfect spots and places to sit and relax. It was a 100° day but still totally worth it!

The dried flower centerpiece workshop was wonderful fun! I'm not a crafter so I hoped for some how-to education and Sharon, the florist leading the group, delivered. The variety and quantity of dried flowers, leaves, pods, cones, fruits etc. was almost overwhelming. Rafael, one of the Park Winters owners, made many auggestions which added to my piece. I don't even know where to begin with this. We were looking for a perfect spot for our wedding/pictures and boy did we find it. My fiancé and I went for brunch to scout it out and the food was 10/10. Great ambiance. Round 2 we went out to pick our own bouquets in their never ending garden that came straight out of a dream. 12/10 experience.
