I had lost my phone here in the restroom and when I went back my phone was gone I asked staff several times if anyone had turned in a phone and all they answered was no from 10:30pm to 11:40pm asking and looking for my phone finally when I went to to some people to ask if anyone saw a phone in restroom staff said they had my phone but before that I was checking location and kept saying it was up front but staff were lying to my face saying they didn't have my phone when I asked the staff how lon

Our family has been going to this facility for years on Jan 10th we held my mothers celebration of life in the conference room: The service by JEFF and staff was fantastic- our guests were pleased, the conference room was set up as requested. Had an amazing experience at Bowlero in West Covina. I'm so happy that for years this place has maintained a fun atmosphere that feels timeless. Patrick was amazing his hospitality was great! Great Staff here!

I've been living here in more than 25 years in West Covina so I decided to visit and sure did very nice Remodeling Bonnie alley.. I hope they didn't take the pool table but they did.. The got amazing arcade and food and everybody are very kind. The manager is still there since I was little kid my goodness amazing...
