Thousand oaks has a wonderful staff its nothing on the. We'll 99 percent. My issue their is the karts dying. Its happened to many times to count where racers have been taken from pole positions due to karts dying. It its 1 kart on final lap sure but multiple karts on lap 7-13 of a 16 lap final. Clean, well-run facility with friendly and competent staff. Cars are maintained and electric so relatively quiet and not stinky! There is a reasonable menu for food and drinks. There is also a cool arcade / game area for younger siblings who are too short to participate, or while off track between races. So. Much. Speedy. Fun!!

When I first got to K1 Speed, I was expecting way more. Instead I was greeted with a hot temperature inside with no air conditioning, poor ambiance in the track area, and inflated prices with fees. $28.95 x 4 =$115.80 ($125 w/ tax.) I was charged $152.
