DO NOT USE ALL AMERICAN SOFTY FOR A FUNDRAISER! Our school used them in August 2023 as a fundraiser for a class council and they never provided the money raised to our class. They ducked calls from the students and were very rude about the whole situation. When the Class Council Staff Advisor contacted them, they claimed to have filed bankruptcy to avoid providing the money we were owed from the fundraiser. Unethical and Bad Business Practices.... Scamming High School students is not a good

Awesome! So easy to work with and the kids (and adults) loved the ice cream! The floats are great too! Definitely a big hit at the party. We used them during a drive by party for our 16 year old (during COVID). The truck was very clean and the server used gloves - everything went great.

I came across this ice cream truck at Lake Balboa and it was the highlight of my day. The vanilla/chocolate swirl hit the absolute spot. Hope to see All American Softy back at the lake in the future!

We had an event with All American Softy booked out for over a week. I called the day of to confirm with the owner and he gives a ton of different reasons on why they're not gonna be able to make it. He mentions cancer, can't find our booking, gotta try to find one of his guys. Mind you, he has our deposit and our exact booking info. When talking to other soft serve companies, they said to stay away from All American Softy because they're likely gonna flake out and turns out all of them were righ

Went to a kid's birthday party that All American Softy was supposed to serve at, and even though the host has confirmed with this vendor just before the event, they never showed up. The host called All American Softy to see what is going on, and got a variety of different stories, like there was too much traffic, or their tire blew out, etc. Last I heard the host was arguing with the vendor over getting a refund for the deposit, which sounds like a ludicrous thing to need to do.
