Have had the pleasure of dining on Limelight offerings on the set of Hawaii 5-0 and Magnum P.I. here in Hawaii and am always impressed at how they serve dishes that reflect our wide ranging cultures...Euro, Asian, Middle Eastern, Hawaiian, etc. They seem to nail authentic flavors that vary but still complement each other.
