Safari Run, Sunnyvale

Every time I brought my daughter here it's always been clean. Smells clean. Usually not to full. My daughter has a lot of fun here. Bring your own sock or they have pairs they sell you since socks are required.

Very disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff members behind the counter were engrossed in a personal conversation. We waited for a moment before one finally looked up, not with a greeting, but with a blank stare. When I explained that we were first-time visitors and asked for clarification on the waiver process, the staff member let out an audible sigh, visibly rolled her eyes, and pointed vaguely at an iPad station without speaking. Nice play area for kids. The facility is clean and well maintained. There are lots of things for children to play for an hour or two and parents have plenty of space to hang around. I attended a birthday party and it was well organized. Staff took us from one area to another, served us delicious pizza and cut the cake into slices. We also hosted a batman show in a separate room. It was a great experience for a reasonable price!

Came here for a birthday party. The place is very clean and fresh, maybe because they have high ceiling, so it doesn't have the typical high CO2/human smell I typically expect from indoor playground. Staff was super friendly and helpful too!

We brought our 22-month-old to Safari Run and had a wonderful experience. The safety precautions in place gave us peace of mind and allowed our little one to explore confidently. The catering food was tasty and well presented, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit. Most importantly, the cleanliness stood out - everything was well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families with young children!
