let me start off by saying that the husband of the Diviana is friendly but his wife is the complete opposite. I ordered a jumper for my sons 3rd birthday this past weekend and was told that the jumper would arrive at 12:30 along with tables and chairs. I text her around 12:35 letting them know we were at the park and she calls right away saying itll maybe be there by 1 because they were running late. Good morning neighbors, sharing my wonderful experience with a local Lemon Grove company. I have used them twice now, once for a large company event and then again yesterday for my nephews birthday party. Both times they were professional, courteous, timely and reasonable with their pricing. Thank you Diviana for a wonderful experience!!

Had an emergency and needed chairs ASAP, when I called she said she would do her best, will text me later (fast forward several text back and forth) finally tells me can you come now to pick up, on my way. Get there and super nice grab the chairs load them in my car and done. Never had such a fast and easy pick up. Delivery was just as fast :-)

After an initial miscommunication on tablecloth types, Diviana went above and beyond, making multi trips to her warehouse to make sure everything was perfect for our event! Prices were extremely reasonable and she was able to deliver what we needed on short notice! I highly recommend her for any part rental needs! Thank you Diviana!
