Bright Event Rentals

I'm leaving this review because word on the streets is your staff likes to go out and eat, and tip under 15%. Being in the service industry, they should know better!! Industry folks between both wine valley's (small valley's mind you) make the world turn in those parts especially. Have some respect and professionalism for those you share common ground with. This should be a standard practice amongst all those in service!

We just did a pickup that was truly too big for our vehicles but the team a Bright was absolutely stellar!! Elodia, Jesus, Didier and Fard were all so very kind, helpful and creative. They manged to get every last item in and well secured for the drive back to Napa. They were patient and professional. They totally saved the day for our event!!! You all ROCK!!!

One busy rental company so reserve what you'll need as early as possible. Picked up some tables and chairs from their Will Call. The staff helped load everything and were lovely to work with. I work at a business that rents from them often. Whether a delivery or will call, they've been great. I have never spoken to Bright's office crew since that's not my end of the business but I've not heard any thing negative from those who do.

Jennifer is amazing!!! My mom & I went in not knowing really what direction we wanted to go in for my wedding colors. Jennifer helped put together such a beautiful table setting for my special day. She ALSO put together a gorgeous bridal shower setting as well! SHE TOTALLY WOWED US!! Thank you so much Jennifer for your hard work & effort making our experience so lovely, smooth & painless. My wedding and shower will be beautiful 😍

Bright truly went above and beyond to meet our wedding equipment needs. From day one, they were incredibly responsive, have a HUGE inventory and communicated with us every step of the way regarding our wedding needs. Our venues were further out in Northern California (Fort Bragg), and everything was delivered on time and exactly as pictured. Bright is worth every penny, and would highly recommend them for all your wedding and general event needs!
