Ultrazone Laser Tag

We had our nephew's birthday party here, the kids and adults had a great time. Jackie from Ultrazone was assigned to help our group. She was so helpful and very friendly. You bring your own food and they will help you set it up. I highly recommend this place.

Fun but would've been better if the workers were more helpful. Tried to explain had a couple guns not working (no laser, so what are we shooting?). Tried to explain to the worker and she didn't provide any other options or help. Pretty unfair paying for a competitive game with friends and can't even get an accurate score because of guns not working. Could be a cool place but staff is young which is fine but should be more trained in customer service which it was lacking.

Clean, well-maintained facilities, friendly staff, variety of arcade and Lazer tag experiences, great birthday party setup (to host or attend.) Would highly recommend!

We celebrated my son's 13th birthday on September 7. We booked a large party room a month in advance, and the staff explained everything clearly, including all the prices. The team here is just amazing - very polite and attentive! Our reservation was for 1:00 PM. When we arrived, the room was still being cleaned, but they fully compensated for the short delay by extending our party time.
