Wow Party Rental

Please read and believe all the 1 star reviews. I rented chairs and a jumper for my daughter's birthday and 12 hours after the agreed delivery time I'm still waiting for my rentals. Before the party, I got a call from the company to confirm my rentals, address and time. They asked for a $50 deposit which isn't unheard of so I went ahead and gave them the deposit. Come the day of the party they were supposed to get here between 8am and 10am. It was 10:15 and we couldnt get a hold of anyone for st

They were the best! I had my daughter's 3rd bday with her school friends, they looved it! We got the Minnie Mouse, it was the cutest thing! So grateful they arrived way before my event time as told & even let me keep it overnight for FREE!! Recommended them to every mom there, I hope you guys rent from here too!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. They do not honor the cancellation policy on their website. They have a terms of agreements with a cancellation and return policy on their website that clearly states they can return the money but it can take 7-10 business days and they don't cover any additional bank fees After I cancelled my order, within the cancellation timeframe, they sent me an email claiming that all purchase are non-refundable according to their website. Got a bounce house for my son's birthday and it was a hit! My kids were so excited and all the children enjoyed it! Excellent service! Bounce house was very clean, thank you wow party rental, I will definitely be recommending you guys and using you for further party rentals ☺️
