We had the honor and pleasure of working with Raffi and Sound in Motion for our wedding. Raffi was so easy to work with, it was like meeting a friend from our past. We immediately hit it off and we even played a joke on my (then) fiance. Raffi asked what kind of music my fiance was into and after hearing it was hard core metal, he just had to have something loud playing when we met him for our first consultation. My fiance was in shock and we all had a good laugh at his expense. We were hooked.

When looking for a DJ for our wedding, Sound in Motion set us up with Andrew Rivas who was an absolute delight to work with. We always had great meetings discussing the type of music and the pacing of the night. We created playlists for each part of our wedding and Andrew used them for reference, providing more jams to keep the party going. As a Brazilian, it was super important for us to have Brazilian music. He arranged the order of the music so we had a mix of Brazilian and U.S. pop so people

This company was included in our wedding venue's package. Overall, we had a good experience. Their client portal and preparation meetings are very detailed to ensure they play the exact music you want. Our DJ played the music we requested, which was the most important part. They didn't seem interested in putting in much effort beyond that. If you're in need of a DJ who can proficiently MC and excite a crowd, maybe try somewhere else.
