El Rosal Bakery

I'm an American who fortunately has been to Mexico many times! This Mexican Bakery had by far the BEST MENUDO EVER!!! Also believe the sign that says BEST TAMALES EVER because it's so true!!!!!!! I of course got the menudo with bones because let's face it that's where all the flavor comes from!!! I am 1000000% going back I want to try everything because whomever is cooking has a gift and definitely cooks with love!!! THANK YOU EL ROSAL BAKERY!!!

Such a great little bakery and market with some of the best tamales I've ever had. Hands down my favourite place to get tamales and conchas in Santa Cruz 11/10 highly recommended

Our favorite and da best tamales place. Get the green sauce if you can handle a kick. $3.5 each. With chicken, pork, veggies options. Small place but follow the arrows to navigate the line. 😀

I went in late in the day to get some tamales. I love their tamales!!! However, I went too late in the day to get the ones that I wanted. However, they had substitutes.. Next time, I will hopefully remember to go earlier in the day. They also have Mexican pastries and bread. The bread and tamales are made fresh daily. What a find! We had Tamales and fruit empanadas. The tamales are definitely best I have ever had since Mama Mesa's homemade ones. They are ready at 7 am and a perfect breakfast. Chicken and green chili, Yum! The fruit empanadas were the perfect ending with coffee. Yes I am stuffed, my belly is full and on fire! Perfect!
