Pearl Spa and Sauna

I really don't like to leave bad reviews but feel it is necessary to share for awareness. For context, I have called and emailed Pearl Spa and have never received a response. I have been going to Pearl Spa yearly since 2021 and it has always been a lovely experience. On my last visit I received a massaged that left me with painful black bruises on my back for over a week. Pearl spa is incredible, I can't say enough good things about this place! I get the born to beauty - body scrub and oil massage combo. I usually spend one to two hours in the many different spa/sauna pools and rooms which is already well worth a third the cost of the treatment. During the body scrub, they will truly exfoliate every inch of your body multiple times removing layers of dead skin.. The massage is incredible and titrated to your pressure level. Wonderful Korean spa experience! I enjoyed 45 mins of relaxing hot water as well as cold plunge, sauna and steam and then a fabulous full scrub, massage and facial. I left feeling totally rejuvenated. This is now my go-to spot! Lovely staff all around and welcoming environment.

Fantastic place. Spacious, with every sauna you might need, with every detail taken care of (you should see their assortment for skin care and hair care after massages!). Scrub was great, massage was right on point. And - and - if you don't see availability on their website, call! They were able to accommodate me which I'm grateful for. They also gave me a little gift when I was leaving. That's so nice of them.

Had the most relaxing 3 hours here! My boyfriend gifted me a scrub+massage here and everything was amazing! The ambiance is beautiful, their services were great. They have a hot-tub and multiple saunas where you can relax before and after your session. The scrub and massage were amazing!! Highly recommend this place. They had really good Aveda hair, face and body products to use and get ready at the end. I will be back!
