Large department store spread across multiple floors. Great view of Union Square from the upper floors. There's also a Boudin Bakery and a couple of other places down in the food court and a good sized Toys R Us.

Wonderful staff. Terrible shopping experience. Stock was very low in almost every department. This store's proximity to Union Square means you'll be shopping among many people visiting from another city, most of which tend to leave their manners at home. It's a shame, cause it's a beautiful building and the staff are so nice.

had an awesome experience at Macy's thanks to Mimi! She went above and beyond to help me find the best deals, including coupons I never would've found on my own. Thank you, Mimi!

Macy's in San Francisco, located right on Union Square, is a massive and iconic department store with several floors of shopping. We explored it during our visit and appreciated the wide variety of brands, from high-end fashion to affordable everyday wear. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff were helpful. Tip: Don't miss the upper floors for great views of Union Square, especially from the Cheesecake Factory on the top level. It's a great spot for both shopping and relaxing in the
