There is certainly a reason why McCall's is one of the most respected names in Bay Area Catering. They recently catered my 200 person wedding at the Legion of Honor Museum with expertise, professionalism, and deliciousness. They really are the most knowledgeable company working in all the SF event spaces. The Legion of Honor was an incredibly difficult space to work in. Definitely not company you want to bartend for! The way they do tips is so messed up. You're relying on bartenders on other events to do well just for you to do well. say you make $500 in tips at your event you don't get to split it up between your bartenders there and go home with it. You have to wait for it to go on your check. and those tips you made or split up between all the events. It's a complete joke.
