If you're interested in US aviation history, this is a great place to see some of the replicas. I really liked the first 4D movie on the moon and I love the Da Vinci exhibit on flight.

right when you walk in there was a man who was eager to share his knowledge about all the exhibits. super friendly guy. i like how the layout takes you on a journey through the decades and there was so many interactive pieces that are fun for children and even adults. towards the end theres 2 types of simulation games, one on the computer and one in a pod. it cost 10 per person to play for 5 minutes. worth it. i was worried about parking but i came at 11am on a sunday and there were only 3 cars

The San Diego Air and Space Museum is a cool museum with a wide variety of aircrafts and jets as well as different exhibits. It's decently large and there is plenty to see. Highly recommend if you like aviation and visiting Balboa Park.

The San Diego Air & Space Museum is a great experience in Balboa Park. It's good for all ages. Genuine aviation enthusiasts will find it a treasure of air and space information with actual icons. Families with kids will find it very entertaining with lots of kid friendly activities. The parking is free. The ticket prices have escalated over time. Plan to spend a minimum of an hour to walk-through. You could spend half a day here. This is one of the treasures of San Diego. Don't miss spending ti
