Absolutely dont recommend. I had a reservation scheduled, they called me 15 minutes prior to tell me there was an emergency and they couldn't get to me until maybe 3 hours later. I explained that we had plans based in the availablity of this rental. Not only were they still going to charge me 2 days of rental, when i was going to have it less than 24 at this point, they offered a 10% discount. We were in a pinch and in need of a wheelchair for the weekend. A couple of clicks and we had one delivered within 2 hours of requesting. Super easy. Very responsive. Will definitely keep their number for the future.

Once our scooter arrived we were happily riding it! We rode all over sea port village in San Diego. We were able to enjoy the restaurants and shopping. There is also a park near by We loved scooting through. The scooter was easy to put in the car and assemble quickly when ready to go again. Here we are in the park.

Have rented with the company for multiple trips in multiple cities. They are always very accommodating, so kind, and respond quickly. I will continue to use them anytime I need something for my kids or family when traveling and recommend cloud of good to everyone.
