Fandory Factory

We had my daughter's 2nd birthday party here. I cannot recommend this place enough! Mirela and her staff are top notch and were amazing to work with. They answered all my questions, helped me decide on the right package and time frame, and were always so pleasant. The kids had a blast and the place was so clean and inviting for them. Set up and tear down for the party was nice and easy. Tables and chairs were already in place which made decorating a lot less stressful. We will definitely be back

We had a great experience having our 5 year old's birthday party at Fandory Factory. The set up with the kids playing in their own space while the parents could still have an eye on them but relax/enjoy food and conversation was unique and refreshing. The staff were cordial, very helpful with setup and took care of all the clean up. They also provided some cutlery when we ran out of ours. We wish they allowed a greater selection of foods from outside. Overall, no complaints. My 5 year old said

I can't say enough positive things about Fandory Factory. I had planned a while park party with bounce house and last minute going out it was going to rain. Literally days before the party, I found Fandory Factory. Honestly, I wish I would have gone this route to begin with. The staff was so helpful and their food package took care of everything with little stress. We had kids ranging from 1-5 and EVERYONE had a great time!

The only decent thing about this place is the indoor playground everything else was a nightmare from start to finish. We hosted my kids 7th birthday here, and it turned out to be one of the worst customer-experience events we've ever been part of. Several of our guests complained that the front desk staff were shockingly rude while handling waivers. Instead of welcoming families, they acted like we were inconveniencing them. On top of $550 facility charge and $150 cleaning fee, we also paid $1

We've had a wonderful experience with this afterschool pickup program! They are always reliable and trustworthy, which is especially important for families with little ones. Ms. Mirela is always there waiting when school lets out and has built a great rapport with our child's teacher, which gives us so much peace of mind, especially with a kindergartener. On top of that, students get to build literacy skills in engaging ways, so it's both enjoyable and educational. Good hours for working parent
