Max of Zafferano Catering is an amazing chef! All of the recipes and dishes he makes are really delicious and high quality! During this "stay at home" time, we ordered lasagna, parmigiana (which is an eggplant lasagna dish), and stuffed chicken rolls with mushroom sauce. He specializes in Italian cuisine and the food is so traditional and comforting to experience and enjoy. He can also make your favorite dishes upon request if you are missing something special and want him to make it for you

You can't go wrong with Chef Max Farina and Elisa! I had the pleasure of working with them for multiple events and they put so much care into everything they do to deliver the best experience to their clients. From the ideation of the menu, to the ingredients they use, and to the final execution and presentation their dedication and passion shows. I recently tried their lasagna, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Every layer was perfectly balanced-the pasta sheets were tender, the meat sauce was rich and flavorful, and the cheese blend melted beautifully into every bite. The seasoning was spot on, giving it that comforting, homemade taste without being too heavy. I will definetely order from them again!
