Our experience with this catering company was a complete disappointment on every level. During planning, I stressed repeatedly that it was crucial that there be enough food for our guests, and I was assured this would happen by both Christine and Chef Esteban. However, our guests left our event hungry. We were promised 6 oz. of protein per guest but served only 2-3 oz, less than half of what was agreed upon in our contract and paid for. Christine and team were fantastic for our wedding! The guests cannot stop talking how good the food was! I also appreciated how easy it was to work with Eco before the wedding and how organized they were. We appreciated Christine and team making sure we were fed the day of our wedding when a lot of couples don't have time to eat. The staff was very attentive and food was delicious. I thought the experience with the Eco team from top to bottom was excellent. Starting from the planning process we had a great time with Christine in setting up tastings and going through the timelines. We ended up having a special protein selection (mixing a different protein and sauce compared to what was on the menu) and never tried our other dish but gave notes to the chef on what we wanted.
