Avoid this center if possible. They converted my one time entry to a subscription plan. And when visited the next time around 2pm, we were not allowed to enter sighting the 'basic' membership allowed to jump only before 1pm on the weekends. The young lady in the reception said she'll allow us to enter after 3pm as they were full at that time. if we upgraded to a higher tier, she'll allow us in. I agreed to upgrade the membership to higher tier, then the staff said even if we upgraded we need to

I had a great idea reading the reviews. I thought about taking my 2-year-old daughter to this place to have fun. But after carefully reviewing the reviews, the safety issue here is practically nonexistent. They should have an area for children under 5 so they aren't jumping near teenagers or adults. It could cause injury to their little legs.

A few days ago, I visited Sky Zone and signed up for their monthly membership-even though I live 40 minutes away-because I wanted to bring my toddler regularly. I understood kids 2 and under are free, but I still chose to pay for a membership in case I needed to jump in to supervise. Unfortunately, that decision quickly turned into regret. First, the staff is mostly teenagers who seemed unsure about how the membership worked when I signed up. I let it slide, assuming it was a simple access pass

We absolutely love SkyZone San Carlos! My two kids went to a birthday party here today, and guess who we saw - CAMILLE! π We haven't seen her in years (back when we had our membership days), and it honestly felt like running into an old friend. She's still the same amazing, kind, and totally on-top-of-it person we remember. Camille makes sure all the kids are safe and having a blast - basically the superhero of SkyZone! π¦ΈββοΈ She's so accommodating and patient (even when there's a million exci

This was a last minute outing with my 6 and 11 year old kids. I booked it for 12 pm on a Sunday morning, they had a lot of open time slots open for that afternoon. I paid around $65 for 90 minutes, you do have to buy their socks if it's your first time. They have 6 different play areas, they also have food and drinks. Definitely bringing a water botle next time. But my kids loved it.
