I was there over the Labor Day weekend and the staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there by their service. I was there for a bday party and the staff was so stingy with their plates as if it was gold. I get it that you had to work a holiday weekend but you got 1.5x pay? Also some machines were broken and said to see attendant to get additional ticket. When I ask they say they were added but they weren't as I checked my kid's card before and after playing. I didn't bother asking them for it

Last time I went, there was a lot of broken down games, but my son still had a blast. More recently, they clearly turned over the broken games and got new games including a trampoline!

Slightly understaffed when busy, but still a great place! The food was decent. Was tempted to minus one star due to lack of animatronic band, but they had big screen tvs with Chucky cheese cast member videos instead.

The place is small compared to other places and has few games, but the service is very good and they are very attentive to people.

I'm a monthly pass holder for over 5 months and staff have always been great. Yesterday December 7, 2025 we decided to host our kids birthday with about 10 people including the kids and babies. We had gotten the mega package includes a person to be with you at all times it says etc etc. I've been there multiple times and know sometimes their understaff and I'm a person where i don't mind to clean myself, which i was doing as well. We had two people that were suppose to help us while we're there,
