Monica at Party JAM Rental was excellent to work with! We requested flexibility on delivery and Monica was very accommodating. We rented plastic folding chairs to use as seating for audience members. Chairs were delivered and picked up as scheduled. The delivery driver, Juan, was efficient and professional.

Reached out to Monica for chairs very close to the wedding and she was able to provide us with great pricing for delivery, setup and pickup. On the day of the wedding they arrived ahead of schedule setup the chairs quickly and efficiently the bride and groom was very satisfied as she accomplished what they thought was impossible. I misplaced some table covers and was ready to pay for them but Party Jam was so understanding and told me to hold off because they might show up. Wow! Best customer service ever.
