I've passed this shop a million times and when I looked at other rental companies in the area I have dealt with, I thought I wonder what they have and they are local Well from beginning to end friendly,professional folks. Be careful renting from here. In the beginning the owner had good communication and answered my questions. However, when I asked for pictures of certain rentals or specific questions, the communication would drop off. For this reason, I tried to set up a call. Owner said she would call me once she gets to the shop but did not. I followed up consistently but I still did not hear back.
