disappointed my drink was more than half a cup of ice. never gotten so much ice from any other Teaspoon location.

Cute little place for your boba craving. They have plenty to choose from, was hard to decide what I wanted to try first, of course I tried the Taro Lover. It has bit of taro in the drink, not too sweet and it was perfectly what I was craving. Staff was friendly and patient (needed time to look at the menu and decide which drink lol).

Typical good teaspoon experience. Prices are reasonable. Parking can get busy but you could usually find spaces within a block.

Very spacious spot compared to most Bay Area locations. Drinks were made too sweet even after indicating the sugar level. The person who helped us was nice, BUT had no knowledge of what the products are. Also, he didn't know how to accommodate our request of putting coffee jelly instead of boba. His explanation was he cannot do that, puhleaseee you are taking to boba lovers since the beginning in Taipei and before making it to US 😑 Training is still needed for the employees thanks

I ordered the Taro Lover drink at Teaspoon and nearly threw up when I found a human fingernail in my cup. This is revolting and a massive health violation. To make matters worse, I tried to call the store to report it - they don't even have a working phone number. No accountability, no hygiene, no customer care. This place is a total disgrace. If you value your health, avoid at all costs. I will be reporting them to the health department.
