Best place to rent tools if they don't have it they will get it.

I have been a frequent customer here for some time and held AAA Rental in high regard. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. After today's experience I can't recommend this establishment in good conscience if you value your life, co-workers life or the property on which you are using their rentals. They need better traffic management for their customers. They are constantly backing up traffic out onto Fifth Ave, which is already a crazy busy street. Blocking one of the 2 lanes is not acceptable

Very friendly staff. If you are renting airsled, pay attention that the heavy duty version has pretty wide pads that may not fit into the bottom of the things you are moving (for example stacked washer dryer).
