Awful. My daughter couldn't even jump in the jumper.. air was coming out of the jumper so my husband had to put duck tape.. they came and checked it out and they said it was fine.. I don't see how it's fine when air was coming out & we had to out duck tape our selves.. the lady said no refunds at all. Shady business, never will order anything from them again.. they were so rude when they came to pick it up.. the husband was right he knew it was wrong. Never again!!!!!!!!!

Great service, friendly. I rented a tent and a regular jumper for my house, they arrived on time And party lasted until 10 pm and they were very nice about picking up next morning. I highly recommended it!
