Had a great time on my first horseback ride. Very nice, well trained horses and friendly staff. I highly recommend coming to Palos Verdes Stables.

Awesome place to go horseback trail riding. They can accommodate small private rides or large groups. Horses are well taken care of, very easy to ride, and trail guides are experienced and personable. The trails are amazing. Ask when booking if you can for the million dollar horseback riding view AKA Butchers Hill. It is the 1 hour or 1.5 hr ride and the view is of the SP port, Torrance, Torrance airport and the ocean. Truly an amazing experience.

So if I could give (ZERO) stars I would! I called and made a reservation for me and my daughter (for her 7th birthday @ 4pm TODAY 10/17/2025) we get there at or around 330pm... NO ONE and I mean NO ONE was there to check us in.... So I called, of course at the number listed on the site spoke with some woman and she said that another worker was just finishing up with customers and was on her way back.... Okay, cool... 45 minutes of waiting after that phone call, still waiting. Too through! But O

Julia was an amazing trail guide! Teddy & Cupcake were both beautiful, easy horses for my daughter and me. The views are incredible. The stable is clean and the animals very well cared for. Highly recommend.
