The Hub at Stanford Research Park

Went in w/ a flat tire and a dirty bike... asked for help, was refused because I didn't schedule an appointment. So I bought new tires, tubes, chain, cleaning solution, etc... and did the work myself on the sidewalk. Asked to use a screw driver and chain tool, was told to buy them because it's "company policy". Manager had zero interest in being helpful or creating a good customer experience. Left feeling sad about humanity.
