We were staying down the street in Palo Alto for a multi-day project and were in urgent need a replacement for our production set that fell through at the last minute. The front desk staff at el PRADO were extremely gracious and accommodating in helping us quickly secure one of their hotel suites as a viable option. We stayed here several months ago and fell in love with the place. The rooms were clean, spacious, warm, and inviting. Rachel, was one of the front desk clerks. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I wish all employees were as great as her. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the memories

Staying in el Prado feels like a getaway in another foreign town. My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our wedding and anniversary at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are as neat as a pin and there's lots of free, convenient parking. The check in/out experience is seamless and the staff are all kind.
