I came in for a simple trim with Candy, but the experience far exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional. It felt like a haircut from a senior stylist. Update: to my service back in Sept. I received a call from the manager of Labelle Spa who was very apologetic about the poor experience I had. She offered me a "Re-do" of services (NO charge) and I chose to book another facial. My visit was yesterday Dec 13 and the facial was wonderful! It was like night and day compared to my last visit. I've been seeing Elle for years for cut and balayage and she is great. She pays attention to what I ask for and the results are beautiful. Her cuts grow out very well too. The services are pricey but worth it!
