I'm surprised to see some negative reviews for this location. My family and I went to PBK a little over a week ago and had a pleasant experience. My little one and I absolutely love Hello Kitty and went in to check out their Hello Kitty back to school line. They had a really nice selection of backpacks, lunch bags, water bottles, etc. and it was a plus that they happened to be on sale. Another plus is that their backpacks come in different sizes. Lorena was a huge help during my visit. She guided me through picking out my Anywhere Chair, offered great design ideas, and even suggested thoughtful add-on gifts. Yes, I could easily buy online, but what keeps me coming back to the store is the one-on-one customer service experience that you simply don't get online or through AI. Lorena, along with the other associates, brings that personal touch that makes shopping here special, and I truly hope leadership recognizes the value they add.

Pottery Barn Kids at Stanford is a sweet spot if you are decorating a nursery or kid's room. I have stopped in a few times for gift π ideas, storage bins, wicker baskets and room pieces (coffee table, desks, curtains). The store is lovely. Everything is super cute, well made, and the quality is durable will last through the years. Prices can be a bit high but it feels worth it, especially for things you use every day. Yolanda was amazing!! We visited Nordstrom and Crate and Barrel earlier today to look at items for our first baby but didn't get much help. Yolanda approached us at Pottery Barn Kids and was super helpful and friendly. She helped us pick a stroller, crib, dresser, and nursing chair. Contacted this store when I received notification that my online order was canceled because Pottery Barn sold out my daughter's Christmas gift 10 whole days after I ordered it. Customer service was less than helpful but informed me that there was ONE store showing ONE of my item in stock. Both Danielle and Lorena were extremely kind, patient, considerate and helpful and SAVED Christmas when they dug through their stockroom to find it and agreed to monogram and ship it to me in Georgia.
