Neiman Marcus

I had a really uncomfortable experience at the Neiman Marcus in Stanford Shopping Center today, specifically in the ROW section on the second floor. I was quietly browsing some pants when a sales associate approached me and offered help. I told her I was just looking, but she kept suggesting to help anyway. Great experience in the ladies shoe department. 5 stars to Joseph, he was helpful and kind, went above and beyond even during closing time. This location also has one of the best Chanel shoe display selection I've seen.

Nice old style high end department store - they have kept it updated as best a high end department store can but lots of the same items with more selection are sold in individual boutiques in the same mall. But the people are nice and friendly and the cafe at the top is a wonderful little gem from the past - the popovers are really tasty. But everything you'd expect from a high end department store.
