Domino's Pizza

We just finished watching a commercial 4 Domino's it was 6.99 for a medium 2 toppings I bought 2 pizzas we were charged 7.99 each false advertisement won't order from them anymore.

It took over an hour to get the pizza. It was warm but certainly not hot. The tracker didn't work. I tried calling the store to see where it was and listened to a recording for way too long. It showed up at about 1hr 15mins

If you want to save nerves and energy don't order from this store in Palo Alto, I place the order at 8:51, the app showed me it's completed at 9:10, I arrived and the employee told me to wait five more minutes, I had to wait extra 15 minutes until the employee gave me the order, and look at the picture to see one of the product, pizza also looked bad.

I ordered at 4:50. Called at 6:00pm to cancel my order since it hasn't updated im an hour and 10 minutes and magically they started making my order. I called to cancel it and literally no one answered tha damn phone. Im callingmy credit card company to stop the payment on the oizza i no longer want. If you live on the other side of embarcadero they will always take forever to deliver your pizza too. Trash.

Our order was 30-40 minutes late. It was for fellowship after church. It arrived too late so people didn't have food to eat. When I called and spoke to the manager she told me to cancel the order and also said she only had one driver. False arrival time missing the mark by 40 minutes and a manager who said to cancel the order knowing there would be no food for people who had already waited 40 minutes.
