I am not the most photogenic, but I'm very happy with the resulting headshot. Usually when I pose for a picture, I look strained and stressed, but he made sure I was comfortable as he was snapping pictures, and it showed. Not being used to how I look with retouching, I was a little bit picky but he went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the final result.
