Palo Alto Event Center

Kind of a hidden gem in Palo Alto, though need to be a member or guest of a member to get in. They have a decent sized gym inside with all kinds of exercise machines and weights. They have three nice racquetball/handball courts. They have a nice billiards room with shuffleboard too. They have a nice sized pool and outdoor hot tub, as well as a sauna and steam room inside. The bar is nice with good beer options although not a huge variety on draft at least. Bartenders are friendly and attentive.

Palo Alto Elks club with attached event center. The club (members and guests only) has a great gym, saunas, whirlpools and steam rooms. A fantastic pool (great for lap swimming) is never crowded.

This Elks is probably the nicest one in the country! The old one was leveled just a few years ago. New structure, facilities, pool, outdoor restaurant etc are just amazing. A little oasis in the middle of busy and noisy peninsula. Awesome place for an early swim before work or a relaxing afternoon with the kids on weekends. Great place at the Elks Lodge. They have everything, an awesome gym, pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms. The building is beautiful, and such clean windows! All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Gloria is very nice, Esequiel was extremely helpful, and Andrew is very knowledgeable about all of the services they offer. And Bonnie and Debi are always in the front office, and answered all of my questions. They also do catered events here!

DO NOT BOOK AN IMPORTANT EVENT THROUGH PAEC We've been waiting over four weeks just to receive basic pricing information for our event. The team appears to be severely understaffed and unresponsive. Our main contact, Iveth, was very pleasant when we met her - eager to host our event and promising a proposal that never came. Since then, she's completely stopped responding, and in the meantime we lost out on other great venues while waiting for details that were never delivered. What a waste of
