GK Pastry

I've been buying (mostly focaccia and bread) from GK every week since July, Amazing bakery which uses high quality ingredients. The young man who works the counter is super nice and helpful. Tonight I had the Crab & Pesto Focaccia. The pesto provides a nice accent and lets the flavorful crab shine through. I ordered a pistachio crepe cake, and it was excellent. The cake was beautifully prepared with plenty of pistachios and just the right level of sweetness. It was ready on time and even came with customized lettering on top. My daughter absolutely loved it!

We had Chocolate & Blueberry focaccia, which was truly excellent. Also two jar cakes: Pistachio and Tiramisu. The jar cakes, like the focaccia, were very nicely made from quality ingredients. But their flavors were quite subtle, and afterward we both thought that the eating pleasure we got from them wasn't worth the calories.

They have so many varieties to choose. And they got some bread out for you to taste. I went there when the breads are out from oven. Smells so good!

I've been wanting to check out this bakery for quite some time. We went with my sister today and it did not disappoint. We bought the blueberry chocolate focaccia (out of this world sweet delight with coffee or tea), tiramisu jar cake (just the right amount of sweetness, I can't stand when things are overly sweet) and also tried their sourdough with olives. All three were delicious (even though I don't like black olives this bread was still good) and I will definitely be back for more (also want
