Right next to Elizabeth F Gamble garden in Palo Alto residential area. Very picturesque, very well maintained lawn. There are free lessons for visitors. There is ample seating spectators. Very beautiful area to relax and spend some time here.

The bowling Green is part of Gamble Garden, a lovely, relaxing place to wander amoung plants and beautiful seasonal flowers of all kinds. School children grow fruits and vegetables, there are fountains, shaded seating, and many garden-related functions led by master gardeners. Spend an hour or so in peace and quiet. They do actually bowl on the green, too. It would be good for other lawn sports: croquet, badminton, etc

This is such a cool place. Its located in a residential area in palo alto, very close to the Elizabeth gamble garden. This invite visitors to come in and learn about the game. The lawns are meticulously groomed and its really fun to just watch the pros play. Theres ample seating for watching and also a clubhouse. Everyone is really friendly and eager to teach.
