Surly unwelcoming staff. Avoid this place at all costs. Actual Prices are roughly double what are posted on the menu link on Google Maps lists. What a joke.

After years of breakfasts and lunches and birthdays party here we decided it was THE place to hold a memorial service for one of ur friends. And indeed it is. Arrangements for the room, the colors, the electronics, the catered food was easily completed and delivered even nicer than anticipated. Thank you Bay Cafe.

Best food place in the area if you're stuck on the other side of the freeway without a car (read: walk-able work lunch). Food isn't the best, but some of the specials are pretty good. Cesar wrap is probably one of their best standards. If you like burgers, the bacon cheeseburger is good, but their fries are awful.

Today I went down to this place for a burger with two of my friends. Everything was cool, until the old lady cashier attempted to rang up my bill. Her attitude is so racist and bad she made me want to puke on the spot. Seeing that she helped the gentleman in front of me so nicely (a white gentleman) and when it was my turn to pay, she acted as if she was hard of hearing, and tried to ignore eye contact with me as if she has a hard grudge against me. she would act on purpose as if she didn't

While food is mediocre, it is compensated by the very good view and atmosphere.
