We researched a bunch of jumper companies and Aladin had exactly what we were looking for at the best price. They delivered and picked it up on schedule and had great customer service. Will definitely rent from them again.

Would have loved to have the bounce house I ordered for my son's birthday. I arranged with the driver to deliver at a precise time when the rain was slated to stop -- which it did (and did not rain for two hours during the party). However, 30 minutes prior to drop off, they called to cancel and then refused to give me a refund. Also, beware that they only take your deposit via zelle or venmo so you can't even dispute it. The driver said "he could come next Saturday instead" -- which doesn't make

I had a party setup and found out the day before it was going to rain. They came out last minute and gave me a quoted price. They were very professional and gave me a great price. They will also deliver and do the setup. they had great customer service and were completely helpful.

I have been using this company for several years and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience with Aladin Jumpers Party Rentals Be careful with this company. They tell you that if you are an Instagram follower you will get a 20% discount. On the invoice, they never disclose the discount. When the driver delivers the jumper, they demand the full price. If you refuse, they threaten to take the jumper back. If you expect a discount, make sure Boris or Rose clearly state it on your invoice. Otherwise, the driver will ignore the agreement and force you to pay full price.
