We booked the Laser tag party for our daughters 12th birthday on a Saturday in January and unfortunately it did not go as expected. I arrived an hour early to see the facility and pay the remaining balance, as I had never been before, and when I approached the register and spoke with who I believe was the manager who introduced my to my host. DO NOT THROW ANY PARTIES HERE. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place does not deserve 4 stars. There were 1 million rules to this place and we were being watched the whole time. They wouldn't allow us inside the party room even 1 minute before your party time. The manager there is VERY rude. Horrible time!

Great place to get your kids away from TV, Video games, and electronic devices!! Their confidence, balance, and heart rate will increase!! Outside food is allowed and you will be glad that they were able to be active. Knocking out when yiu get home for sure!!

Hosted my daughter's 11th birthday party here and it was a total success. The party room is spacious and the party host was extremely nice and helpful. The area is clean. The kids had unlimited playtime on the ballocity party, and they didn't want to leave after 3 hours playing. I am very grateful to all the staff here for helping my party be a success!

Their workers are so nice and helpful! They found my son's toy, and not just that my niece got hurt, the worker come ask if we need ice for her! We love it! This place is clean, My kids have so much fun!! $16/p for all day in ball room! What I love is you can bring your own food here! So easy for parents! 🌷🎉
