Rabbit Jumps and Party Rentals

I confirmed a jumper and 15 chairs for my son's 1st birthday party on April 18th for April 27th -- I have emails showing that they requested the full amount in cash upon delivery and did not want a deposit paid over the phone. Also had to cancel my doctors appointment because pick up was also late and was not communicated at all with about delays on their end I had to call MANY times to get ahold of anyone.
