Very unprofessional. Had us waiting until 10 pm and never showed and no message not call nor were they answering our calls. Lack of communication. Lack of reliability and preparation. They showed up the next day 4 hours after their text and barely put together the items saying "well technically we're not late if your party hasn't started" when we had a lot to do still. Best deocr ever!! Yesenia is amazing at what she does and she was so helpful and patient with me to create the perfect elsa party for my 3 year old!
