great store for all your paintball needs. first visit in they left me use their restroom even though it wasn't for public use. the staff was very kind and knowledgeable about their products. thanks to john paul for for resolving the discount conflict and granting it to me. they have all sorts of gears to choose from with reasonable prices. they agreed to giving me a refund for one of the products i purchased from them which was great. all around great store, great team, great prices.

Purchased a replacement battery cover from them. Never got a shipping update but it arrived. However what they sent was a used part, covered in dings and damage. Sent an email and have not received a reply in over two weeks now.

bought a custom products item online. it was out of stock. randy worked with me to figure out what could work for my marker i was trying to rebuild. we went back and fourth for days just to get it right and find the correct gear for my needs. TERRIFIC service.

Just went to critical paintball to get a bunch of gear as I start this new journey as a paintballer. Julian was an amazing help really answered all my questions and was very patient got me a full set up and I'm very excited to go to their course tomorrow for my first real game with real equipment. This guy is no longer a renter. Highly recommended great service great people and the gun comes with a lifetime warranty and a free game on their course.

This is my first paintball pack and I'm not disappointed. Most of the regulars at SouthWest Paintball have this pod pack. It's really user friendly and quiet to get pods out during gameplay. I'm very happy with it. Purchasing online could have been smoother. I waited about 2 weeks before reaching out to see what was going on with my order since there was no movement. The color I purchased wasn't available, but that was fine. The alternative color of grey is sweet. They got my pack out same day
