their trade in program gives you great value, but their process leaves much to be desired. multiple times I would call in about the status of my order, and was told that they had not received my gun, when in fact they had received in AND already sold it. very helpful staff, questions were answered quickly and problems were resolved, but the process needs some revising.

YourPbFriend is the best paintball company I have worked with. Have excellent trade in value. They were patient with me when I took a long time to ship something out. They even worked with me to make sure I got what I needed in time. Don't hesitate to do buisness with these guys!

Great friendly people! I went there to talk about some of the new tech and how paintball has changed. They were more than willing to take the time and chat all the while juggling other customers. I will be going back to get my new marker! They also have a fantastic YouTube channel with amazing reviews and information.

Awesome customer service and very professional I traded in my marker and got a new AXE LE from them they gave me a very respectable offer for my old marker while others were trying to rip me off. Hands down the best customer service and if you looking to do some paintball shopping I recommend that they be the first place on your list to stop and check out.

YourPBFriend is the best shop I've been to. Their shop is well-organized, there's a good selection of guns, parts, loaders, tanks and apparel. The staff is super friendly and they are very knowledgeable which is a plus for me.They have gear for beginners and pros. I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to buy anything paintball-related. They deserve the 5 stars !!!!
