This is their second location. Sulbing Cafe is a bit off the beaten path. It's not exactly near the main street of Castro. It's a couple of blocks away. Parking can be an issue in downtown MV during peak hours. That's just an MV problem in general. One might have to walk a bit after securing parking. Pretty close to Castro Street and easily accessible. My friend had the Bingsu which she loved, and I just had the coffee, which was just okay. You place your order on a kiosk, and then they call out your number once it's ready. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating. The space is pretty large, but it filled pretty quickly on a weekend. Free Wi-Fi as well, if you want to work from there. Wouldn't be my first choice for coffee, but if you're feeling yourself, some shaved Ice, definitely come
