Ok prices and good to have stuff accessible in a pinch but some of the workers are pretty clueless about basic art materials

Kids love the craft supplies. Adults too! This place has gold foil, sparkle glitter, and seasonal goodies.

Bought the balloons here for my kid's birthday party. They have a lot of choices of balloons and can fill it with helium for free if you buy the balloons in store.

Love the new stuff they have at Michaels and the design ideas. The staff is very helpful and it was wonderful seeing a few familiar faces now. They have activities for kids at store. My kids took a lotbof classes during summer and participated in different events too. It was so lovely seeing all the wonderful christmas decorations and the aisles with some new stuff.This is my favorite craft store..

It was a good experience, although I couldn't find the product I needed. But when I approached a representative, she was very kind and helped me try to find the product until the very last moment. The service was very good, so that detail was quite nice.
