hao treats every student like a serious ballet dancer! she is so encouraging, direct, and kind when it comes to corrections. i appreciate her approach to artistry so much. i feel very lucky to be studying under her!

The beginning/intermediate class I took was excellent with great instruction and personal corrections. However, like the previous poster, I thought the floor was dirty, as was the rest of the studio. I noticed a bowl of food sitting unattended in another small room and a general build up of dust. The bathroom also seemed to get just a general wipe down. I'm reluctant to write this because there are so few studios that cater to adult dancers but it's a problem easily solved.

I took their beginner class. Really fantastic instruction and thought-out class. The class size is also pretty small so you get kind, direct corrections from the instructor. I really wish I could continue at this studio, but the floors themselves were quite dirty and there was the slight smell of trash which was unpleasant. They clearly have a strong program with the ability to grow a student to a high degree, but the environment of the studio was off-putting. I'm sure this is something they can

I've taken the beginner classes with Augusto, Astrid and Nicole. All are beautifully professional dancers themselves and they really teach! Especially wanted to shout out for Nicole. She takes time to explain and tries to adjust everyone. I leaned a lot of details from her instructions. Wish she could teach more beginner classes. As for the studio, well it's very hot in the summer and the cleanness isn't the best. But that doesn't bother me much.
