Our experience with this business was terrible. My mother rented white tents for my sister's baby shower months in advance. When the delivery guy arrived two days before the event date, he had brought black tents which bad for aesthetic reasons but also because it was going to be 95 degrees the day of the party. They promised to replace the tents the next day, and then, no, the morning of the party. When the (very nice) delivery guy eventually returned, he brought... wait for it...two more black

Terrible products - terrible service. I rented white chairs for a party and asked if the chairs would be clean when I picked them up - I was told that they wipe down the chairs after every use. The person in the office that day loaded my car with the chairs. When I got home and we unloaded what we found were dirty, blackened resin chairs with several of the seats broken. a minute ago This company is terrible. There chairs are always filthy as well as their tablecloths. They lie about having them clean. I used the twice. The first time I took 1 hour to clean all the chairs. The second time the same. I shouldn't have tried them again. The driver called me a liar and said he had painted everyone one of them and that each were clean; terrible service and terrible manners. She will say that I could have called her to replace.
