Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Sky Zone was awesome! The Sky Tower was amazing! I did my first flips there. Also, the food was great. We were there of a birthday party, and are manager, Jennifer, was so nice and made the birthday party as best as possible. One of the people there were bleeding, and Jennifer offered them a Band-Aid. Finally, the rock climb being back open was so much fun, I nearly reached the top. Definitely coming back here.

As a grand parent the 1st thing to say is there is no alcohol, unless you go next door to the super market and grab some beer to drink in your car. You can park right in front and sorta watch the grandkids through the window. What I'm saying is: this place is bland and boring unless you're a kid that like to jump around and on relative soft rubber things, in socks you have to buy when you check in. Had my daughter's birthday party here and it was a blast! The staff were all very kind and helpful. Booking was very easy online and getting confirmation of all party details over the phone made the process even better. The host was super helpful throughout the entire party. If you're thinking about it just book the party it's worth it.

Wont be going back for a few reasons. 1 they got rid of the toddler jump deal which was a designated time in the morning for only toddlers and parents to jump at a reasonable price. Now they are surrounded by larger kids and are the same price. 2. This skyzone location is the absolute basic model. If you check other skyzone businesses they have more features, options, and fun for the kids. 3 is the price. Over $100 for a couple of kids to jump for an hr is ridiculous. We had our daughter's 8th birthday party at SkyZone in Merced and had a wonderful experience. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind from the moment we walked in and until we left. Our hostess, Krystal, was awesome! She made sure we had everything we needed in the party room. She even cut the cake for us. The party room and entire facility was very clean.
